We provide this site and our free resources as is, and our responsibility is limited as described below.

1. Agreeing to these terms

By using this website, requesting a Free AI Checkup, or contacting us, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. "Emergent," "we," and "us" mean Emergent Super Intelligence Agency, LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

2. What Emergent does

Emergent helps businesses understand where artificial intelligence may fit and how to put it to work. Any paid services we provide will be described in a separate written agreement, and that agreement will control those services.

3. Your Free AI Checkup

Your Free AI Checkup is prepared from the answers you give us. We may use AI tools to help draft it, and a person reviews it before it is sent. It is general and educational, based only on what you shared, and it may be incomplete or contain mistakes. It is not a guarantee of results, a recommendation to buy any product, or a substitute for your own judgment. There is no charge and no obligation.

4. Paid products and payments

Some offerings, such as the AI Stack Blueprint, are paid. The price is shown before you order. Payments are processed securely by Square; we do not see or store your full card details. Because paid products are personalized and prepared for you after you order, all sales are final and no refunds are given, except where the law requires otherwise. Delivery is not instant; we personally prepare your product and email it to you once it is ready. Any credit toward a future engagement applies only if you engage Emergent under a separate written agreement.

5. No professional advice

Nothing on this site, in your Free AI Checkup, or in our general communications is legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, medical, insurance, or human-resources advice. If your situation raises questions in those areas, please talk with a qualified professional licensed where you are.

6. Not a law firm, and no attorney-client relationship

Emergent is not a law firm and does not provide legal services. Our founder is an attorney, but Emergent operates separately from his law practice, Bunn.Law, PLLC. Using this site, requesting a checkup, or communicating with Emergent does not create an attorney-client relationship with anyone, and those communications are not confidential or privileged. Please do not send us confidential or sensitive information.

7. Using AI safely, ethically, and effectively

AI tools can sound certain and still be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing any output before you use it, for deciding what information you share with any AI tool, and for following the rules that apply to your business and your industry.

8. Using this site

Please use this site only for lawful purposes. Don't try to disrupt it, misuse its forms, submit false or automated requests, or access anything you're not meant to. We may limit or refuse access to anyone who does.

9. Other sites and tools

This site links to other websites, including our own products and sister projects, and relies on outside services such as MailerLite and Cloudflare. Each has its own terms and policies. We aren't responsible for other sites or services, or for AI tools you choose to use.

10. Our name and content

The Emergent name, the octopus mascot, and the design, text, and images on this site belong to Emergent or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, but please don't copy, resell, or reuse them without our permission.

11. No warranties

This site, your Free AI Checkup, and our free resources are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise the site will always be available or error-free.

12. Waiver and release

You use this site and any free information we provide, including your Free AI Checkup, at your own risk and of your own free choice. To the fullest extent the law allows, you release and waive any claims against Emergent and its owner, members, employees, and contractors arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or that free information, including any decisions you make for your business based on it.

13. Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Emergent will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from this site or our free resources. If we are found liable for anything relating to this site or our free resources, our total liability will not exceed twenty-five dollars ($25.00). For a paid product, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Some places don't allow certain limits, so some of these may not apply to you.

14. Your responsibility to us

If you misuse this site or break these terms, and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim, to the extent the law allows.

15. Age

This site is meant for adults and businesses. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Your use of this site is deemed to occur in Alachua County, Florida, and any dispute will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Alachua County, Florida.

17. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
